You can customize your business branding, hours, and rental setup settings at any time through the Settings tab in your Otto dashboard.

📍 Step 2: Go to Settings ➔ View Partner Profile
- Tap Settings in the bottom navigation
- Tap your business name under “Partner Profile”

📍 Step 3 : Edit Your Business Profile
You can update:
- Business Logo (upload your logo!)
- Business Name
- Contact Email
- Business Description
- City or Branch of Operation
- Operating Hours (pickup/drop-off times)
After editing, tap Save & Close

📍 Step 4: Edit Your Business Preferences
From the Settings page, tap Business Preferences. You’ll be able to:
1. Set Pickup & Delivery Fees and Chauffeur Rates
- E.g., KES 1,000 for one-way delivery
- Applied during the booking process
- Chauffeur - Within City or Outside City

2. Customize the Customer Intake Form
Choose which fields your customer form will collect:
- Profile photo
- ID and DL photos
- KRA PIN
- Address, etc.
✅ Tip: Only collect what’s necessary to reduce friction. The more you have the less is filled

📍 Step 5: Tap Save & Close
Once you're done, scroll down and tap Save & Close.
